How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders with in-stock products take between 2 and 5 business days to arrive. If the product is custom-made, the estimated delivery time is 12 to 30 calendar days.
What happens if my order arrives broken or damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos of the product and packaging. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You can request a refund within 30 calendar days. after receiving your order. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
